Event Radio Course(1/7)

The Events Radio Course aims to standardise and expand upon the existing procedures found throughout the events industry. This course helps to equip all workers within the events industry with a basic knowledge of radio usage. In emergency situations often the only line of communication is via radio, the effective use of which can save many lives.

Handcuffing(2/7)

We currently run the NFPS BTEC Level 2 Award in the Safe and Effective Use of Restraint Equipment.
The course is suitable for all security personnel wishing to add qualifications and skills to their portfolio. The course covers the law and uses of handcuffs to ensure that operatives stay on the correct side of the law at all times.

Door Supervision(3/7)

The SIA Door supervisor’s course offered at The Security Training school aims to equip candidates with the knowledge, skills and know how to effectively work as a licensed Door Supervisor out in the field.

First Aid(4/7)

A range of first aid courses taught by our experienced tutors. All courses take place at our training centre. Options are available for group discounts and courses to take place at your own premises, please contact to discuss.

Close Protection(5/7)

Close protection courses are necessary for anyone undertaking licensed activities within the UK. We have both the full CP and fast track course available. The fast track course is available to those who have already received training and require the necessary refresher training to enable them to successfully pass the SIA licensing assessment

Pit Training(6/7)

The first PIT course of this kind to be run and accredited in the UK. This course has been developed to enable the delegate working in the 'PIT' at live concerts to have a wider understanding of the hazards associated with working in this role, together with the various issues you may be faced with.

NVQ Spectator Safety(7/7)

The NVQ Level 2 in Spectator Safety is aimed at any individual already working within the spectator safety environment. The course is open to anyone with no formal entry requirements as long as they are working within the appropriate environment and job role
